Starting from 320 mm round and up, Cosen's automatic horizontal bandsaw adopts the dual column design, featuring two oversized precision ground columns and cross link. For greater capacity, the gantry type featuring dual post and linear guides is used. Both provide great structural stability allowing smooth and sound saw frame downfeeds and cutting.
Additional features include a sturdy saw frame, powerful gearbox, hydraulic clamping vise and split front vise securing workpiece from both sides of the blade. The excellent stability provided by Cosen bandsaw results in precise and great cut finish for you.
We use world brand PLC in our bandsaw and offer two alternatives in terms of operation controls: 1) traditional piece and length counter on our AH Series and 2) latest HMI touch screen on our Smart NC Series. Both series automatically perform multiple indexing to required cutting length, piece counting, shutoff upon completion of job or out of material. The Smart NC Series provide extra benefit such as 100 programmable cutting jobs, error code display and blade life timer.
Cosen built our very first automatic hydraulic feeding bandsaw in 1985 with the "built-to-last" mindset. Many more have been sold since then due to their durability and reliability.
