Communicate and confirm the material to be cut, sizes of raw material and cuts, customer’s expectation on production output, automation, cutting precision and target cost per cut.

Cosen proposes cutting solution:

Based on your cutting requirement, Cosen makes proposal on select cutting portfolios (of different bandsaw machines and blades) for you to compare and analyze.

Price offer and order confirmation:

After deciding on which cutting portfolio to run test on, Cosen makes a price offer based on potential machine run time (wear and tear), tooling costs and related prep work.

Conduct trial cut and generate report

As soon as your material and Cosen’s machines and blades are ready, Cosen engineers start the trial cut with you present on the spot or monitoring remotely (via App or website). After trial cut is finished, Cosen generates a complete cutting report including the machine and blade we recommend. Analysis on cost per cut and return of investment is included in the report as a reference for you when considering future machine/blade investment.
