Bandsaw Machine Safety Fence
Occupational safety and health (OSH) for bandsaw machine has become a global concern and inevitable responsibility at the factory management / floor supervisors. Cosen offers two types of safety fences for our customers to choose: the simplified or the CE certified safety fence.
In the simplified version, a flat bar railing physically surrounds the area where automatic shuttling takes place and prevents personnel from accidently stepping into the automation zone.
In the CE certified safety fence, height of the fence, sizes of the openings, durability and etc. are all taken into considerations in terms of product design, which must pass the CE conformity tests conducted by authorized parties (e.g. TUV in our case). Whether required by law, the CE-certified safety fence is a great investment to minimize crush and pin point hazards.
