Transfer Conveyor System
Automatically cross-transferring material for infeed and outfeed
Cosen's transfer conveyor system can work with the infeed and outfeed mechanism (often powered roller table) or a mid-point staging zone. It allows users to load multiple pieces of material at the same time. Materials wait in a queue for infeed and machining. After getting discharged, multiple pieces are staged until removal for next process.
The cross transfer, infeed, machining, discharge and cross transfer out can be programmed to be one synchronized action. This eliminates operator's need to wait at the machine and load material one by one.
With QR code technology, operators have the opportunity to check if material is correct before any machining is done, further enhancing production efficiency and accuracy.
Working with material alignment system, the transfer conveyor makes sure your material is perfectly aligned and straight so your H beams, angles, channels, I beams and rectangles are machined most accurately.
