Bandsaw Integrated with Infeed/Outfeed Transfer Conveyor System
Store and transport multiple materials both before and after cut.
Cosen’s transfer conveyor system works with infeed and outfeed mechanism (often powered roller table), allowing users to load multiple pieces of material at the same time. Materials wait in a queue for infeed and cutting. After getting discharged, multiple pieces are staged until removal for next process.
The cross transfer, infeed, cutting, discharge and cross transfer out can be programmed to be one synchronized action. This eliminates operator’s need to wait at the machine and load material one by one.
Additionally, Cosen’s cross conveyor system, by connecting to the infeed system and the bandsaw machine, allows part info callouts. Operators have the opportunity to check if material is correct before any cutting is made, further enhancing production efficiency and accuracy.
