The design of the Automatic Bandsaws (Scissor-Style) features a sturdy saw frame, smooth hydraulic downfeed controlled by a heavy-duty universal ball joint, a powerful gearbox, hydraulic clamping vise, and a split front vise that secures the workpiece from both sides of the blade. The excellent stability provided by Cosen's bandsaw results in precise cuts and a superior finish for you.

We use world brand PLC in our bandsaws and offer two alternatives in terms of operation controls: 1) traditional piece and length counter on our AH Series and 2) latest HMI touch screen on our Smart NC Series. Both series automatically perform multiple indexing to required cutting length, piece counting, shutoff upon completion of job or out of material. The Smart NC Series provide extra benefit such as 100 programmable cutting jobs, error code display and blade life timer.

Cosen built our very first automatic hydraulic feeding bandsaw in 1985 with the "built-to-last" mindset. Many more have been sold since then due to their durability and reliability. "It really cuts better (than others)" is how we have won continual repeat purchases and what motivates us to make good machines.
