Cosen's Miter-Cutting Bandsaw is developed to cut structural material such as beams and channels. We offer a complete product line, from small 350 mm to large 1500 mm wide cutting capacity, available in either horizontal and vertical type, miters to single side or double sides, from manual, semi-automatic to CNC automatic.

While a scissor-style bandsaw has its advantage in penetrating structural shapes more effectively, all of Cosen's gantry type miter-cutting bandsaw adopt a canted blade design to allow easy blade entry to the material and a very smooth cutting process.

Our semi-automatic miter-cutting bandsaw can come with standalone machine or can equip optional material positioning and feeding system to spare you from having to measure material length repeatedly. On the automatic types, you can easily enter all necessary parameters e.g. cutting lengths and angles via the HMI touch screen, and the saws automatically compute, miter and finish the rest of the jobs.

Numerous Cosen miter-cutting bandsaw have helped our customers cut I beams, H beams, pipes, channels and angles. One of the many projects we pride ourselves with included rebuilding of World Trade Center in New York.
