Standard Features
- Sturdy operating table can support any length and any weight of material within the specifications.
- The wide saw bow provides a strong and vibration-free transmission system for the saw band. The tension is provided by the complete oil pressure supply system inside the saw bow, which is safe and convenient, reduces the length of the oil pressure pipeline, and avoids the risk of iron chips being leaked by oil.
- The travel of the saw bow is moved by a linear slide rail. Provides smooth and stable feed force. This solid design ensures smooth feed of the saw bow.
- The sawing pressure is controlled by a servo motor through a planetary reducer. The servo motor of Gaosheng machine has a special automatic force adjustment system to ensure a stable feeding speed.
- Saw Bow Traveling Device - The planetary reducer is used to drive the servo motor to provide smooth high torque and low speed to avoid pulse. The feeding capacity of 2mpm - 2000mpm is possible.
- The cutting pressure is controlled by the servo motor that rotates through the planetary reducer. The special automatic torque adjustment of the high-tech servo motor can ensure stable feed.
- Inverter-control the saw band speed The 10 HP saw band motor is controlled by the inverter, and the saw band speed can be set according to different material characteristics. It can be adjusted steplessly from 20m/min to 80m/min.
- The hydraulic chip remover is located under the working table and is the same length as the working table. It is equipped with a multi-function, hydraulic electric scraper to take the iron chips out to the end of the working table. Different from other competitors, it will interfere with the feeding in front of the table to ensure smooth flow.
- The oil pressure tungsten steel saw blade fixed block is controlled by oil pressure to ensure correct clamping. The saw band is controlled by both ends of the saw band, and there is a tungsten steel sheet behind it. In addition to simplifying the work, it can also extend the life of the saw band.
