Standard Features

• Robust Machine Structure: The machine structure is designed under the rugged consideration to allow the heavier cutting load and larger cutting capacity when compared to other brands.
• Work Table: The work table is extra heavy duty to handle all sizes of plates regardless of weight. Its design facilitates loading and unloading by overhead crane or forklift with equal ease.
• Saw Frame: Extra wide frame gives a solid, vibration free support to the blade.
• Blade Actuation: The power source for the saw blade comes from a 5.6 kW (7.5 HP) motor through a high-precision worm reducer. Meanwhile, blade speed is controlled via a highly efficient inverter. These specially built mechanisms combine to offer an extensive speed range, which is easily adjustable on the control panel. The system also comes standard with LED readout for convenient and accurate setting of blade speed.
• Inverter-Controlled Blade Speed: Inverter is used to control the 5.6 kW (7.5 HP) blade motor so that the blade speed can be adjusted from 20 to 80 M/min steplessly to match the required cutting speeds.
• Hydraulic Blade Tension: Blade Tensioning is accomplished with an independent hydraulic system. During machine operation, the blade tension is constantly monitored and maintained to proper tension. When the machine is in the "OFF" position, the tension will be relaxed slightly to prolong blade life. Use the hydraulic controlled device to easily adjust the blade tension. In addition, the blade tension can be released to a slacken condition to avoid elastic fatigue when the machine is not in use.
• Saw Frame Travel: The SV-3055H uses a hydraulic cylinder providing smooth, pulse free, feeding speed for rapid travel.
• Widened Double Track: The saw frame is riding on a Widened Double Track. This design gives the saw frame a rigid base to ensure the smoothest feeding proceed.
• Cutting Pressure: Dual valve design will achieve optimal cutting performance, based on the simple setting of feed rate and pre-selective cutting pressure for different materials.
• Last Cut Function: The Keep On / Last Cut function allows setting to automatically stop the machine and shut down the hydraulic system at the end of the last cut.
• Powered Chip Brush and Extra Coolant Nozzle: Blade is effectively cleansed via powered rotating double brush and coolant stream.
• Blade Breakage & Slippage Sensor: Proximity switch senses both blade slippage and blade breakage and will automatically shut off the machine if either of these conditions should occur.
• Safety: Alert orange color scheme is used on all moving parts, blade covers, and guarding on the saw to increase safety alertness.
