The premier automation upgrade choice for smaller workshops! Compact footprint, intuitive operation, completely eliminating the low-efficiency bottlenecks of traditional manual marking and single-axis drilling.
Heavy duty designed specifically for cutting structural steel, including angles, channels, tubes, H-beams, etc. at the maximized cutting conditions.
With automatic in-feeding / out-feeding system, our CNC miter-cutting bandsaw helps you achieve automatic manufacturing and management.
Equipped with advanced industrial computer, CNC controller, and programing software which is capable of importing and exporting DSTV files.
Standard network connection and remote monitoring module for better maintenance and program optimization.
Standard Features
- 3-Spindle Synchronized Servo Control & Automatic Tool Changer (ATC): Features 3 independent spindles positioned on the web, bottom flange, and top flange, each with independent servo feed control. The 3 spindles simultaneously and independently execute distinct drilling, tapping, and scribing tasks across three sides of the steel beam. Equipped with a 15-tool inline ATC magazine (5 tools per spindle), automatically managed by CNC for continuous, unattended operation.
- Coolant Through Spindle (CTS) & Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL): High-pressure coolant is delivered directly through the spindle to the drill tip to flush away hot chips instantly. Combined with MQL mist lubrication to reduce thermal stress, prevent tool wear and built-up edge, and maintain a clean, healthy working environment.
- Intuitive Control Interface & Real-Time Graphical DSTV Display: Features an intuitive touchscreen interface providing real-time graphical rendering of DSTV files and hole geometries. Operators can perform instant on-site nesting adjustments and preview machining sequences directly at the panel, significantly lowering skill requirements and preventing setup errors.
- Processing Range: Accommodates section sizes from 100 mm to 700 mm (Maximum cross-section capacity: 700 x 400 mm).
- Fabrication Capabilities: High-speed carbide drilling (up to Ø40 mm), tapping, part & weld-line layout scribing/carving, and multi-shape milling.
- Band Saw Integration with ±60° Double Mitering: Connects seamlessly with Cosen’s precision double-miter band saws swiveling up to ±60° on both sides, establishing an automated, synchronized "drilling + miter cutting" production line.
- Remote Monitoring, IIoT Diagnostics & Tool Life Prediction: Real-time visualization of machine operating status, tool health telemetry, and utilization data, supporting mobile dashboard access and automated 3-minute anomaly push notifications.
