Fully automatic vertical tilt-frame band saw featuring a vertically oriented saw frame, capable of miter cutting at any angle between 0° and 60° on both the left and right sides. The AV-2228NC's saw frame travel is driven by a servo motor, combined with a ball screw and dual linear guide design, ensuring smooth and evenly distributed cutting force. This effectively reduces vibration during cutting and enhances overall cutting performance.
The robust saw arm travels vertically on dual linear guides and is hydraulically locked into position, eliminating the need for manual lifting. The machine is equipped with three full-stroke hydraulic vises (two on the front bed and one on the rear shuttle side), delivering strong and stable clamping. The automatic shuttle system is also servo-driven, with a ball screw and dual linear guide setup to ensure high-precision feeding.
